      If you are British, you will love it. If not you will be treat as nothing. the company's name and the fact that you can be considered as a consultant, even if you do not do this and only do marine warranty surveyor, which means you are merely a witness.

      Company used to be flat! Now full of bosses, lack of transparency and the upper manager are completely lost. London office is taking over everything in Americas.

      Innovative and creative growth mindset individuals would not strive here. No incentive , motivation or empowerment is encouraged. Creativity is stifled. No career advancement or development opportunities. Diversity is not the norm or encouraged. Nepotism.
