      Focus on culture and fit is unlike anywhere I have worked in roughly 13-year career. There is an emphasis to "be yourself" that is rare in any organization. I believe that management is serious when wanting this to be the best job you have ever had. Most places I have work act like I am lucky to be there; LOGiQ3 feels like the other way around.

      Not so much a con as a small company growing very quickly, and employees must be responsive to client's needs that are often changing. To be successful you need to be adaptive and okay with change. This is a pro for me.

      Thank you so much for the feedback. We sincerely believe culture drives engagement drives performance drives results. We're not unique in that I know, but we try hard to be very genuine with that. Thank you as well for the advice on the Cons side. It is a challenge keeping that unique culture with so much growth. In fact, it's very hard and one of those things that "keeps me up at night". However, we hope with all that we are doing we can retain that special feel. Thank you again for the feedback.
