I have been at LOGiQ3 for close to 10 years because the company’s values align with my own personal values. The LOGiQ3 values support the company’s vision and shape its culture. The family like environment is by far the best I’ve experienced and I’ve been in the workforce for a long time. Employee satisfaction is measured and communicated to the organization every quarter and the bar is set high at 95% and if results demonstrate anything less than this, the company takes it seriously.
