Feedback like yours is important—it challenges us to keep improving. Within the Ad Design department, we have bi-weekly L10 meetings where team members are encouraged to share both highlights and concerns. Items raised are brought to department leadership and, when appropriate, elevated to the LPi leadership team for further consideration. In addition, we offer space for monthly 1:1s and promote an open-door policy to ensure every employee feels heard and empowered to speak up.
