The corporate vision is not followed by my business unit. Our team does not hire/promote internally, follow corporate incentives (work from home) and has incredibly low morale due to our leader.

Good work life balance and benefits are pretty good depending on management. Really the only thing that kept me here so long was the people in my team.

Pay is lacking compared to competitors. CEO makes 15 million and CFO makes 10 million, but they don't want to pay competitive wages. Senior Leadership in finance space have brought it up, but little to no change
