They usually ask you to do it yourself, no clear instruction and requirement, lack of communication. They don't treate junior staff friendly. 2. no OT allowance 3. project sites are usually far away 4. no 1 month bonus, usually just equivalent to 70% of your 1 month salary 5. need sick leave certificate even though you take half day sick leave
