Just don’t do it. Don’t work here. Don’t temp here. Don’t contract here. The Executive team does not care about employees. They only care about making money which they cut corners to do by any means necessary. You will work endless hours, be under paid and not making a livable wage, and you’ll have an unmanageable workload. You will be stressed and work in a toxic environment. You will be told to turn a blind eye to bad practices and you will be retaliated against if you speak up (especially if you work under SVP in Orange Ops). I worked here for years and there is no amount of money in the world that would make me return. Don’t be fooled by the “fake good” reviews.
