1moThank you for your feedback, It’s great to hear your positive comments about director-level management and benefits. At the same time, we recognise the concerns you’ve raised.
We aim to ensure targets and responsibilities are clearly aligned with role expectations and regulatory requirements and we continue to review how these are communicated and applied in practice.
Regarding progression, we have a range of structured programmes designed to support career development at all levels. These include initiatives such as our EmpowerHer programme, Leadership Academy, and more recently the launch of our Future Directors Programme, alongside other development opportunities. We are continuing to strengthen how these pathways are communicated and supported to ensure colleagues have clear, achievable routes for progression.
We also acknowledge the importance of regular, meaningful engagement between managers and their teams to ensure individuals feel supported and valued.
