Leaders where very flexible with the part time hours that i could work, and more than happy to accommodate school hours. All members of staff are welcoming and very happy to help with settling in to the company.

Leaders has always prided itself on having family business values and recognising the importance of a work life balance so we are pleased that we have been able to accommodate your flexible hours. We agree and our proud that our staff are helpful and friendly to both our customers and colleagues which provides for a great supportive working environment. We have noted your comments that you report there is a lack of desk space in your particular branch and would recommend you speaking to your Manager or the Facilities Department to see if there is anything we can do to make your workstation more comfortable for you. We have a really exciting future ahead and glad that you are part of it.

Our Google Reviews as an organisation is at 4.5 stars out of 5 which is something we pride ourselves on. Albeit, we are always looking to improve our customer satisfaction and have recently been accredited by the institute of Customer Service, which will help maintain and enhance service standards.
