Just decided to cut our Fuel Mileage Allowance from 45p to 25p due to "changing needs of the business" Perhaps if all the upper management weren't driving Mercedes and Land Rovers you'd be able to give your staff the support they need to be able to afford using their vehicles to earn your profits? 25p per mile barely covers a tank of petrol a month for me.

We have recently made changes to the Fuel Mileage Allowance to ensure they're in accordance with the guidelines provided by HMRC and uniform across the company.
