Svantaggi
- You'll be thrown in at the deep end...this isn't always a bad thing, depending on how best you learn, but can be a little daunting. Managers and colleagues are always there to help, though - Many departments seem 'short staffed', so workload can often mount and become stressful - Sales and lettings staff work long hours and frequently work weekends, although I'm sure this is no surprise to those already working in the industry - A lot of performance-related praise is offered to those working in branch (free holidays abroad, days and evenings out etc.) but not many people working in Central Services can achieve the same level of recognition which is a shame
