      -Leaders is regressing back to how it was before merging with Romans -Work load is too high -Romans staff have unrealistic expectations of IT and often very rude -Not enough training

      Thank you for your review. We're happy to hear that you thought Leaders Romans Group is a good company to work for and you had a good atmosphere in your team. We've taken onboard your comments in regards to workloads, we can confirm recruitment has been taking place in the IT department to fill vacancies and a number of new staff have started. Our Google Reviews as an organisation is at 4.5 stars out of 5 which is something we pride ourselves on. Albeit, we are always looking to improve our customer satisfaction and have recently been accredited by the institute of Customer Service, which will help maintain and enhance service standards.
