Long working hours and a need to meet targets can unfortunately be the nature of this industry however we are committed to ensuring employees have a good work life balance and as a result of our recent Employee Engagement Survey, working hours and the ability to work more flexibly will be reviewed for the areas of the business where this was particularly high in the responses.
