There's a lot of support from my superiors, targets are realistic and generally just a nice company to work for.

I wouldn't say it's the companies fault but the Lettings industry is facing some serious challenges at the moment so the company have had to look at costs etc. Some of the luxuries like water coolers in branch have been taken away however, from a business perspective I completely understand why.
