Good training programme and career prospects & lots of room for progression. Target driven so encourages staff to have good work ethic. Really good incentives with the awards each quarter / annually and also little incentives between regions etc to keep staff motivated.
Svantaggi
Poor communication to staff. Opposing opinions in sales & lettings and information gets passed onto different department at different times so you usually find out things through colleagues rather than from your employer. Customer service has gone down hill & it's more about business profits rather than what's right for the customer.
