Team Enviroment, as well out of the office lots on viewings and valuations. Straight into proper estate agenting, working with offers and vendors. I have also been given a pay rise within 3 months of working here. the company values hard work and will reward those who deserve. Great incentives and company benefits. They do also make changes to areas of the work place, not a company that stays stagnant with no ideas to grow

I do think the basic pay could be higher, however with commision it is good.
