      Our CEO Peter Kavanagh has set the right culture within the company. His compassion and genuine care for people has flowed down the senior management team and is apparent in my day to day work in the company. The ability to adapt your career path without having to leave LRG is exceptional due to the different services we offer and our values push you to try something new! Hand's down the best company I've worked for and I feel like a valued member of a family, not a company!

Our Google Reviews as an organisation is at 4.5 stars out of 5 which is something we pride ourselves on. Albeit, we are always looking to improve our customer satisfaction and have recently been accredited by the institute of Customer Service, which will help maintain and enhance service standards.
