Thanks for sharing your feedback, we're glad to hear your employment with LRG supported you through your student years, however are disappointed to hear that you felt our customer satisfaction did not score well. Our Google Reviews as an organisation is at 4.5 stars out of 5 which is something we pride ourselves on. Albeit, we are always looking to improve our customer satisfaction and have recently been accredited by the institute of Customer Service, which will help maintain and enhance service standards.
