Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and provide feedback. It's wonderful to hear that you feel rewarded for your hard work, as we believe in recognising and valuing our employees' efforts. Your advice to management is valuable, and we appreciate your suggestion to be close on the office floor to better understand the challenges that our staff face. Since publishing our commitments following our 2022 Employee Engagement Survey, we launched a Host a Director Programme, where our senior Directors have been visiting branches to work towards finding fresh ideas to enhance productivity and support our employees. We strive to always improve the work environment and think its best that we do this by having more of these visits. Thank you again for your feedback and for being a part of our team. Our Google Reviews as an organisation is at 4.5 stars out of 5 which is something we pride ourselves on. Albeit, we are always looking to improve our customer satisfaction and have recently been accredited by the institute of Customer Service, which will help maintain and enhance service standards.
