Also our senior management team recognise the importance of all our people, they often take the time to recognise employees’ hard work. Regarding your concerns about management and target-based approach, we understand that maintaining a balance between targets and employee well-being is crucial. We continually strive to strike the right balance, ensuring that our employees have the necessary support to meet their goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Over the past year we have reduced the hours our front-office teams work and have not seen any impact on business performance therefore it appears that the balance is currently being achieved.
