These aspects are indeed some of the key strengths we strive to maintain. Regarding the slightly longer hours, we understand that it can be a concern. Like many estate agencies, the nature of our work often requires some flexibility and dedication to meet the needs of our clients. However, we always aim to strike a balance between maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our employees and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. Our Google Reviews as an organisation is at 4.5 stars out of 5 which is something we pride ourselves on. Albeit, we are always looking to improve our customer satisfaction and have recently been accredited by the institute of Customer Service, which will help maintain and enhance service standards.
