Leaders have become very corporate over the years and is more interested in making money than ensuring staff, tenants and landlords are kept happy. The staff turnover rate is very high. Workload has quadrupled but staff numbers have been cut. They've become very focused on targets and we spent so much time doing meetings that emails and calls were being missed. Pay doesn't cover the amount of work being done. So many people involved in processes that you never know who to speak to. Was too busy to have lunch breaks as was always worried about how many emails I would come back to.
