What are some of the line managers actually doing apart from barking orders??? Actually make some effort and visit your offices to see what your staff are up against. >Targets only achievable in certain offices, zero consistency across the spectrum of offices which often means demotivated staff. > Decisions made with zero ideas of actually what is going on within branches. > Preach about caring about mental health but saw many staff leave because the job effected their mental health which was odd.
