Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you valued the flexibility of working from home during your time with us. We’re also sorry to hear that other parts of your experience were challenging. No colleague should feel unsupported, overstretched or unclear about their development opportunities. We are progressing our career framework this year to increase visibility of career pathways for our people. We want our colleagues to have thriving careers and are putting more emphasis on internal mobility to recognise and reward the very talented people within our teams. We are sorry that the management and the HR teams did not live up to your expectations. Satisfaction in managers was our top strength in our last colleague engagement survey, so we do know that this is not the case across LRQA but we do continue to invest in leadership development programmes. We are putting wellbeing at the heart of our operation this year. This means we are encouraging all colleagues to work with their leaders on prioritising their work and being realistic about what can be achieved. No one should be completing the work of three people. We want our colleagues to have good work/life balance and to thrive at work. Therefore, we need everyone to take responsibility for setting boundaries and speaking up if they feel overwhelmed.
