Good team spirit in the local Lisbon Hub, friendly managers, flexibility regarding hours and home office

Planners are seriously understaffed and the pressure can be tough at times. Huge cost-cutting policies, everyone leaves and no one is getting replaced, so you end up feeling like no one knows what they're doing and departments keep passing each other the ball to do stuff. Goals are unreachable and wildly unrealistic, which means you can forget about bonuses.

I am sorry to read you are finding the work load and resourcing a challenge right now. The separation from our previous owners was not without its challenges, but our teams are working hard to manage the change and we value the expertise in the organisation. We are making some great progress with our systems and processes which we hope will positively impact our employee experience.
