We do have some truly talented colleagues, who are great to work with and we are pleased to see you have also recognised the fast-paced environment with varied work and opportunities to learn. We are sorry to hear that you believe that leaders put money before wellbeing. Of course, as a business, financial performance is important but we do believe in the importance of looking after our people. We have put in numerous wellbeing initiatives and our wellbeing-related absence (e.g. from stress, anxiety, depression) has fallen from 26% in 2023 to just 5% so far in 2025. We are putting in place the foundations for our new career development pathways and more information on this will be announced in the upcoming 2-3 months. We have also launched a Mentoring programme this year and our Talent & Leadership Development programme for current and aspiring leaders.
