Best On-boarding Process - Recensione dipendente - Senior Strategy Director presso LRXD

When I came to LRXD, roughly 4 years ago, it was like a breath of fresh air. My supervisors cared about my career path, I saw leadership who cared about the clients they took on, and everyone was genuinely engaged with the purpose-driven work we came to be known for. We were treated as adults and their flexibility to our work/life balance amidst a pandemic and even before was the best I have ever had at an Agency or any place of employment frankly. I think what I loved most about LRXD though, was the constant evolution of everyone there. They really did self-evaluate constantly and weren't scared to be honest with themselves and change direction if warranted. I think they are in the right space going forward and they have the talent to do big things! I can't wait to see what's next for these guys and will be watching intently!

The con for me right now would be if you aren't currently working here. Shame on you!
