Great company to work for overall with strong benefits and competitive packages. There’s a genuine focus on employee wellbeing and work-life balance, especially through the new rotas and modern ways of working. The business also offers a good level of stability, which makes it feel secure and well organised.

The only real downside is that opportunities to progress into managerial roles can be limited at times, mainly because people tend to stay in those positions for a long time. That stability is a positive in many ways, but it can slow down progression for others looking to move into leadership roles.

I worked as a parts specialist at LSH Auto for 5 years and it was an amazing experience where I met great individuals that helped me along my journey and supported me regularly. The company as a whole are so attentive and helped all of my needs, from quick holiday approval to supporting me with any sickness, no matter what my needs were met. The pay was an added bonus and I honestly would recommend working for LSH to anybody. A truly diverse workplace where you can tell they care for you as an individual.
