Pay is not the greatest. You definitely won't get rich working here. I have not been here for very long, but the potential for upward promotion seems a bit limited at the moment.. There are a lot of managers, and a lot of folks with seniority waiting in line for these managers positions already.

There are no cons, more of a heads up on the Bonus plan. Bonuses are company performance contingent based. leadership makes the numbers based on ROI calcs for all the cool stuff they do for you, but lumps all groups that creates healthy competition. Here’s the problem bonus payout doesn’t reflect the division and is contingent even if your team kicks butt. *however keep in mind in 26 years, they only did not pay out in 1 year and the year prior we still got 7% and the fact not everyone gives bonuses.
