Toxic, bitter and despondent peer colleagues in education department. Lots of negativity. Poor curriculum. Stats driven. No resources. Made me ill. Nobody cares about rehabilitation. People are only there for the pay and holidays. Made so ill I cried all weekend and would come back from holiday to face hearing gossip about me.
