- There is no training when you start. - People who work with clients, only 10% are able to help you, the rest ignores you and treat you like an inferior person, sub estimates your intelligence. - I had my manager replaced, the new one is very bad and can't speak or act with you respectfully. He told me once that if there is a train strike and I have to work from home he will deduct from my holiday leave. - they offer a very low rate salary so you work with very unskilled people, making your tasks difficult during the day. - I hurt myself while working and the doctor said for me to stay at home resting for two weeks, they cut down my salary and paid me only 60%, I even sent proof of my sick leave. OK, they said that they changed the policy. But what about this last month when I worked remotely? They should pay me for the whole month, but no. I decided to leave the company because of these issues and today they paid me only 40% of what I should get. They made my life very difficult. I'm asking them for my payslips from March and they never send them to me. Now I'm looking for support and nobody is able to help. Certainly, I don't recommend this company.
