      Unless you are in there union you really can not get all of the bennifits that you might be looking for

      Good company to work for, definitely a GC company and ran like one, although most projects LVI is a subcontractor to the prime contractor.

      Not enough hours in the day to stay current with work load at times during the busy season.

      14 hour days, constant foul language, no real loyalty to employee's, leave you sensitivity at the door; thick skin is required, Positive Reinforcement is non-existent
