Great team environment, great management, friendly competitive atmosphere. I met many awesome people working at where I worked. It was more like family than just co-workers, you can really talk stuff out with the management or your teammates.

If you do too well, you're hurting yourself. The company raises their expectation of you every year. Don't expect to get a raise if you do not meet the company's expected sales goal. Do well, but don't work your too hard that you put yourself in an awkward position.
