Everyone in the office was really friendly and helpful, instructions for what to work on was always clear with minimal downtime.

LWSI seemed to still be attached to some outdated technology, spending resources to maintain it instead of revamping their systems.

The people are so tight knit. This company takes care of their own. The are customer oriented and determined to turn things around.

Due to the size of the company and the corrective actions they have taken to straighten out some financial issues the pay is not necessarily comensurate to the work you do. Great first job for any up and comer. No real long term satisfaction though. Get your experience here. Theres no where else to go but up. Unfortunately you wont go up here. No raises and no bonuses. Starting pay will be leaving pay.
