Brilliant company, growing with it's people! - Recensione dipendente - Head of Practice presso La Fosse

My career and confidence are unrecognisable since joining La Fosse as a grad 10 years ago!! When I’ve proven myself, I’ve been trusted with more responsibility and more opportunity and even in moments of doubt or where I've had skills gaps over the years, the business has always shown belief in me, It is a truly warm environment to grow in (if you are willing to put in the work of course!!). The performance across the company is incredible, there are multiple consultants billing over £1m a year, and around 70% of the sales team bill over £400k. It’s a truly motivating environment to be part of. You’re surrounded by genuine professionals, and for most people here, this is a long-term career rather than just a job which I think is very special and I feel lucky to be a part of, as this isn't the case I'm sure for lots of recruitment companies. A big part of that is down to how well we’re treated, both personally and financially. I honestly don’t think many recruitment firms can say the same. The fact that La Fosse is employee owned also makes a huge difference, it creates a real sense of shared purpose and motivation. We’re all pulling towards the same goal, and that culture makes it a brilliant place to work. In addition, wins, no matter how small are celebrated which is a huge testament to the companies culture. This is an integral part of our Friday wrap ups, celebrating both sales/financial wins as well as cultural and more personal/human wins!! In short, I still consider myself extremely lucky and grateful to work for La Fosse 10+ years down the line and it has provided and enabled me financially with a life that I honestly wouldn't have even considered when I stared as a grad all those years go!!! I still work with many colleagues who were in my graduate cohort which again I think is a huge tell around how La Fosse treat you and the life you can build inside and outside of work here.
