I started my journey at La Net Team as a trainee, and it has been an incredible learning experience. The training program was well-structured, and the seniors were always supportive. Transitioning into a full-time role felt smooth, thanks to the guidance from project managers and HR. The work environment is positive, and the leadership truly motivates you to grow.

Work deadlines are a little headache but thats everywhere and in every company

Sharing my honest exp based on what I went thru here. Wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone tbh. The work culture is very toxic. Abusive language is used openly, esp by senior ppl and their close circle. A few of them always move around in groups and create a very uncomfortable vibe. Smoking inside office happens regularly and nobody really stops it. Rules are way too controlling. You can’t step outside the building even during breaks. Even lunch time feels monitored — you’re discouraged from sitting or going out with ppl you’re familiar with. For every small thing, permission is needed. It honestly feels suffocating. HR is not supportive at all. They just follow whatever management says and don’t really care about employee issues. No independent thinking, no real help. Overall, very stressful env and zero respect for employees. Join at your own risk.
