Consequently, certain senior managers, including a few C-suite executives, impose inconsistent culture and standards on their employees, based on the employee’s personal relationship with the CEO or other senior-level executives. 3. LabKey is a small company, yet a few C-suite executives try to enforce a multi-level hierarchy that obstructs the free flow of information and transparent communication in order to secure power for themselves. 4. It is not the best place to be a woman in management. They will be condescended to, and their male supervisors will often take credit for their work.
