The company hires brilliant recent graduates who have over time moved the company forward with an impressive number of technological achievements in-house. I think the executive staff recognizes talent when they see it and value it.

Unfortunately, certain disgruntled millennials make this place out to be less of an opportunity for learning by placing emphasis on their self-centered mindset. Entitlement (complaining about work/life balance, etc) gets in the way of valuing the opportunities to make a difference and make leaps and bounds in your own career path. If people focused for just a few years and put in the hard work at a company that allows you to, and opens the door for you to, they could have a resume to be envied by people boxed in by corporate jobs descriptions.
