Limited Advancement Opportunities: While I value my current role and its responsibilities, there have been moments when I've noticed a relatively narrow scope for career advancement within certain areas of the organization. Communication Challenges: At times, there appears to be room for improvement in the communication flow between different teams department. This can be occasionally lead to MAJOR delay or terrible misunderstandings and we deal with sick patients that need results ASAP. Workload Overload: there are periods when the workload can overwhelm the tiny crew scheduled for that day requiring rapid adaptation to meet demands. We get absolutely no help from the "higher-ups" Balancing these types of days with our regular responsibilities can be impossible and we've adapted the attitude "if THEY don't care; we don't care."
