I really enjoyed my time working at Labdoor. I've learned a lot there and the projects were very well spec'd and thought out. The culture there was great. People were very friendly, and out-of-office activities happened spontaneously.

Too little prototyping and experimenting. Everything was done so carefully that new ideas took to long to be implemented, and required a lot of work, before actually having any usage data from customers.

- Nice location. - Easy people to work with. - Room to learn and grow. I just saw some other reviews complaining about the upper management lack of control and the high number of Brazilian employees. Well, apparently a lot of things changed in 2018. The company seemed to have changed its direction and they are completely focused on very narrow objectives.

- It's a small company trying to deliver a lot, so, expect to overwork a bit. - They should be more transparent with their employees about future plans.
