Had to think about it and nothing comes to my mind yet.

Currently I'm ready to share with these things based on my experience: innovative projects; variety of tasks, I'm never bored; welcoming atmosphere and team's openness for sure; managers and HRs really take care of annotators and pay attention to feedback or suggestions.

I've been looking for such type of work for a long time so for me that's a win-win solution. As of now, I cannot find and share any drawbacks.
