- Exec team is distrustful and suspicious of employees especially CEO Manu. Brian is COO even though he is listed as CEO on glassdoor
- Lots of micro-management. There are hourly pings in slack if things aren't moving at the breakneck speed CEO wants. What he wants changes daily and contradicts itself
- People are fired and disappear without warning. One day they are there the next they don't show up to a meeting and you have no idea why
- The company values are used against people to validate harassment, long hours, and firing anyone who disagrees with the methods and direction of management. In particular 'craftsmanship' which was so misused, it became an inside joke
- Scapegoating happens often. There has to be a villain: either a person or a whole team that is the problem with little accountability or ownership of the problem at the leadership level
