I remember going through this same page before joining. I saw that they had mixed reviews, but I overlooked them because no company is perfect and there are bound to be positives and negatives. Never would I have thought I'd be writing a review myself. They have very frequent layoffs, and they act as if the person never existed in the company. Higher management lacks good decision-making capabilities. They often lie to customers in ways that raise ethical concerns, all in an effort to retain contracts. You might be asked to work on weekends and holidays too—and good luck if you decide to voice your opinions :P Positive reviews are forcefully garnered from current employees. If you’re switching jobs, please think twice before joining!
