They each have a niche in the label business and they are happy to share their knowledge with the team *The marketing team is dedicated to helping the sales team bring in new business, assist with corporate communications, and support the HR team. * Every department in the organization is willing to collaborate. * The industry has been down for several years following COVID. However, while competitors are forced to close plants and lay off hundreds/thousands of people, Labelink continues to see growth in revenue and maintain their workforce. They are acquiring new locations at a steady rate and are currently building a new plant to support their growth. * Ability to quickly pivot on projects and speed to market
