Svantaggi
- No Business Model They do not have fully fleshed out avenues for growth, promotions, or movement within the company. They do not hand out opportunities to people with metrics or data to back it up, they just decide who should move up on subjective terms. The promotions not based on accreditations, experience, or education (seemingly given out based on appearances... ) This company did not take the time to flesh out real leaders to help the company grow and the morale to be positive… this is especially apparent when looking at the trickle down effect from management to the entry level positions. Additionally, the relationships and the vendors that they pair with to staff for constantly change and the contracts are not solidified, meaning that you could be an account manager one day and the next you are no longer needed because there is no stable alliance/contracts with the vendors. - Management does not know how to handle conflict There is a culture of fear and micromanagement in the office. As an employee, expect minimal interactions with CEOs and higher up management (unless it is for the unprofessional boundary-lacking company outings). You will have meetings with other coworkers that will relay information about your performance and news that needs to get spread in the office. There is no transparency from management to employees, often leaving very important information about your employment status or changing company policies to be left to be communicated to the LAST POSSIBLE MINUTE... all to avoid conflict. There is no communication between different levels of company to understand basic levels of job functioning or events/changes that are happening in the organization. - No training or prevention of legal issues for recruiting methods (no DEI, sensitivity training, compliance training, leadership training, etc) I am actually impressed this organization has not been shut down or legally investigated based on the way they treat and talk to the potential temporary employees both over the phone and in-person. There is no sensitivity training. Often, they use scare tactics and fear mongering of drug screens and background checks as a basis to dismiss candidates. They will not say this to you over the phone or in person but as a candidate, do not expect a call back. Also, there was NO diversity in office. - Low Pay for the work. The role is tedious, detail-oriented, and repetitive. The management will leave the office and expect the “entry" level employees to stay longer than what was discussed in onboarding. There is no commission plan or compensation rate, despite what is discussed during onboarding. pay is non-negotiable. pay is not competitive for the industry and requirements of the position - Offer Letters/Onboarding/Training Almost everything on the online job boards and job descriptions are incorrect, do NOT expect anything to be true and representative of your actual duties and responsibilities. Expect everything management tells you to be a lie. (before, during, and after employment). -Unprofessional Work Environment Company outings encouraging their employees to get intoxicated during the day and be placed in compromising positions with their management present. Micromanagement and babysitting from your immediate higher ups. Lack of accountability from management. Conflict of interests ALL OVER THE PLACE - "HR" is a long time friend of the CEO and the other flirts with the management and other coworkers, dubbing themselves as the "personality hire" and therefore, does not listen to complaints or violations in the workplace, but instead works harder at protecting the perpetrators at the top of the organization.
