Unfortunately, my experience at the company was very negative. The organization is in a constant state of restructuring, with layoffs happening almost every month. This creates an atmosphere of instability and uncertainty that makes it very difficult to work effectively or plan any kind of long-term career development. There is no consistent way of working: processes change continuously, priorities shift without clear communication, and there is no defined methodology to follow. Teams are often left without guidance, and decisions are made reactively rather than strategically. The lack of structure and leadership results in a chaotic working environment that has been present for a long time, not just a temporary situation. Overall, it is a highly disorganized company with no clear processes, no stability, and constant changes that negatively affect both employees and business outcomes. I would not recommend this company as a place to work for anyone looking for stability, clear direction, and professional growth.
