You can point fingers in every direction but the product was garbage and the 2021 executive changes were ultimately what sank the company. Following the acquisition Lacework decided to return $0 to former employees who exercised their ISOs.. i.e. the team who built and scaled the company from $1m-$90m in revenue. All while paying the investors, c-suite, and current employees who helped tank the company a nice premium. The C-Suite as it stands today is the worst I've seen in my 25+ year career.
