The HQ Lacoste Canada acts like a family business, that all you do in the store is chilling and ask each other about their personal lives. Then, using that to fire your employees. The worst retail experience I'ever had in my entire life; there are so much issues they refuse to look into, the company talks so much about women's empowerment and mental health awareness but their actions are not aligned. Instead of taking responsibilities and solving the issue internally, they closed their eyes and acted like all the issues were never been brought up. I paid out money out of my own pocket to go to therapist which was caused by working there. Not only you will be underpaid but they did not recognize your hardworking and will try to dismiss you by saying "it's not about the money." or threatening to fire you because "it's not hard to fire someone, we will give you two weeks paid and you are out" . Please for your own sake, find a job somewhere else!
