Poor office faciliities, tight budgets for everything, there's even a struggle to order stationary Complicated& Slow business processes Hidden policies/procedures but must follow somehow by all Rude and not helpful employees New employees have culture shock, hesitate to leave in their first 6 months Low salaries, a lot of red tape, many things are done just for the sake of doing it Favoritism, no retention of talents No thinking outside of the box, authoritarian management
