Lot of freedom. Good for self starters, you will get to work on cutting technologies. Self learning attitude is encouraged here, but its definitely not for people who want spoon feeding.

Need technical architects badly, lot of resource crunch in terms of experienced people. Need good technical people at the top with long term vision, not just managers or veterans who may be good for contributing with there experience but not decision making. Lots of things stuck between Yes and No of upper management because they don't have the required technical knowledge to make decisions.

1. You will get to work on latest techs. 2. Salary/appraisal is good comparatively. 3. Leave/WFH is not an issue as long as you give your results. 4. Flexibility is above expectation.

1. Management is worst. 2. No long term goal. 3. No guidance when you need it. 4. SDLC is a joke in this firm. 5. No body wants to take responsibility. 6. No surety for delivery of project.
